On our recent visit to Guajillo Mexican Restaurant, we tried the Chilaquiles "Rojos and Verdes." They did not disappoint! The sauce, queso, and tortilla chips are packed with flavor, and the optional toppings (Carne, Chorizo, Pollo) elevate the dish to another level.
